Wonderful and convenient
My son (6 years old, total gastrectomy) loves these pancakes and has been beginning most of his days by eating them! They are so convenient for me as a mother of six to make his own set of pancakes in about three minutes flat while I make a different breakfast for the others. We have tried innumerable pancake mixes and recipes, and they all made him very sick until this mix.

Perfect for Breakfast Lunch Dinner or Brunch..
Bariatricpal really has gone above and beyond with their pancake mixes. I really love the Golden fluffy and have added in extras such as blueberries, banana and cinnamon. Even bacon! I still can only eat just half a pancake. And trust me, I have tried to do the entire thing. Lol. Pancakes were always my favorite as a kid and an adult and I thought they were gone forever once I had gastric bypass. But thanks to bariatricpal I can have my pancake and protein too and not have any guilt about it. You must add these to your pantry. And the chocolate chip ones too!

Yummy goodness!
Hot Protein pancakes are a quick go to when you want pancakes. I make a packet of them and have a cup of High Protein Hot Chocolate and it gives me 30 grams of protein and the right punch for my morning breakfast. I have enough energy to carry me 4-5 hours until lunch. As a person trying to avoid diabetes this is a crucial food supplement for my health.
