very nice chairs pumps not as strong as i prefer... had a few issues due to shipping but they did send the parts fairly quickly if you're going to buy please assemble a soon as you get them i didn't assemble mines for two weeks i almost missed out on getting replacement items but again easy to assemble and they did send parts even though i had to call from a different number to get somebody to answer
