cheaply made already broken

we haven't even had the bike for a week, and the brakes are already broken. the chainguard broke the first day I rode the bike. I am trying to return the bike at the moment. walmart does not handle the return since it is a third-party seller. the seller keeps wanting me to send pics and videos. The seller still hasnt approved the return. the bike is also very heavy.
