I haven't been feeling well but this rejuvenated me. Chickpeas are a super food and it's so nutritious. The other protein alternatives are dirty and filled with resistance starches but this is clean real ingredients and it's highly nutritious I am so grateful for this I highly recommend it tastes exactly like pasta but more satiating your body will thank you
