MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS:

Measure Thighs in standing position; Start from inside your thighs about 1 inch below crotch; measure the true circumference of your thighs at THIS level, not too tight, not too loose. We already calculated the elasticity of the fabric into our sizing. Double check with your pants/skirt size.
