I love Eddie Bauer's wrinkle free blouses! I own almost every color of the 3/4 sleeve wrinkle free shirt. I pair them with a chino pant and that's my go to work attire. Great work shirt

I really love these 3/4 length sleeve shirts. I have 3 different colors now. I order the tall medium - I'm 5'10", 165 lbs and the shirt length is perfect for me. The cut is feminine and flattering with nice tapering in the waist. It looks beautiful untucked, and the top button is high enough to be work appropriate and professional. The shirt is mostly wrinkle free - just be sure to lightly dry it to remove wrinkles, then pull it to hang dry. I've noticed after numerous washes they become a little less "wrinkle free". If you wait for sales and special deals you can get this shirt at a great price. I highly recommend.

I have long admired this shirt in all its colors as my cousin had made it her "work uniform." Up until now I have shied away from shirts because I have narrow shoulders and a large bust and couldn't find a fit that would accommodate both. This shirt; however, is the perfect fit. I think it may have something to do with the V-neck line. I also live and work in Charleston, SC, where pearls are a must. This shirt is perfect with pearls and vice versa. I now have it in three colors so it is very much a part of my "work uniform."
