It's simple and nothing fancy in the best way. My baby loves it and eats it like as if it were a dessert. If your baby is picky with veggies, try this! The texture is super smooth. The glass jar is much nicer than pouches. Being so simple, I feel the nutrients is good.

I’m a 79 year old man with gastroparesis. Beech Nut baby foods are just what I need for my gastroparesis diet. I have tried various Beech Nut vegetables and fruits, and they are all delicious! None of them contain any additives or chemicals or artificial flavors. They contain only pure fruits and vegetables. None of them have a canned taste. I don’t even need to heat them up. They are all good cold right out of the jar. Beech Nut uses a low heat temperature cooking process which preserves the nutrients and insures a great tasting product. I am very happy to have discovered Beech Nut baby foods. They make it possible for me to eat the fruits and vegetables I need to stay healthy. Many thanks to Walmart for stocking a wide variety of Beech Nut baby foods!
