Some closets for some reason, lacks a door as well and again, options are limited and sometimes very costly. Entirely handmade and hand painted, our selection bamboo beaded curtains are sure to please even the most discerning buyer. These curtains are not pumped out by a machine factory but are made entirely by hand.. from selecting and cutting the beads to hooking the beads onto each strand to the painting of the image on the curtain… all hand done by skilled artisans. Each curtain image represents the owner’s personal style. From the florals to the tropics , each curtain not only has a great usage effect but it instantly livens up the area that you place these in. Nice colors combinations will light up the room or even a solid color that blends in casually to any space. For the curtains with images, the image is on both sides of the curtain. The curtains are see through, especially with light and you can walk right through them as well. Each curtain measures about 36” and the length varies from piece to piece from about 75-78” long depending on the piece and the artisan who made it. The strands (125 for this curtain) of bamboo beads are attached to a wooden bar on the top of the curtain. The bead thickness tapers as it goes down the curtain. This wooden bar can be cut down to fit to smaller widths but that would mean cropping the image. The length cannot be extended or shortened. To install, simply screw two J hooks or eye rings under a doorway ( we include these for you as well so no need to make a run to your local hardware store) and hook the curtain onto those two hooks. Then sit back and enjoy how good it looks!
