I bought this kettlebell set after Christmas as a clearance item for $19. I knew I was taking a gamble still because a lot of people complained about damage during shipping or the product being cheaply built. But, thankfully my set arrived on time, undamaged and absolutely to my liking! They are easy to use and exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend, especially at this price point. I got a steal!!!

when my husband finished his formal physical therapy, it made sense to continue at home with basic equipment I didn't go with fancy or higher priced equipment. so, I got 3 sets of this brand. increments of 5 pounds gave me enough kettlebells that would allow us to go all the way to 2 20-pound kettle lifts or 40 pounds before needing higher levels. after that we can go to a real gym with professional equipment. the intention is to maintain function not body build. many people won't ever need much more that this or don't have the mobility yet to go to a formal gym setting and get much out of it. when the spring season hits joints rebel and joints tendons and ligaments pop, then they end up in hospital or emergency room. these are inexpensive basic and decently priced almost everything I have fits on a mobile two-tier shelf so if they have the space to do yoga or Pilates they have to space for a simple set of dumbbells or kettlebells and stretch bands to create a very basic fitness area. You would be surprised that most physical therapy departments have and use items very similar to these.
