At the store, I compared ingredients and nutritional facts to all other flavored waters. Most are terrible for you and a few were OK in some areas but not in others. Bai waters far surpassed any. I started with the berry flavors, which I love such as blueberry and strawberry. I picked up a Molokai Coconut flavor to try. At first, I wasn't impressed by its color until I opened it up and took my first sip. With all the antioxidants and electrolytes from sea salt and potassium which I need, not to mention the coconut water concentrate, I have decided this is my go to. I have since tried the Shala Coconut Strawberry and I really like it. I'm looking forward to trying the coconut pineapple version. To me, this is an amazing find. I think BAI has taken big steps to make sure that they have a superior product. I always read labels and I'm sold on this delicious water that is so good for me.
