BLACK+DECKER 5-Minute Pizza Oven and Snack Maker, Stainless Steel, P300S

I've had this pizza oven for two weeks now and cooked two pizzas in it. The performance of the oven is excellent, I make pizza's from scratch not frozen ones like most reviews. I lived in the North East for several years and really enjoyed NY style pizza's and tried to duplicate the pizza's with no success. I had the dough, sauce and cheese's down, the only missing part was a hot enough oven that didn't cost a fortune, I finally found the oven. The oven evenly cooked the pizza with a little bit of charring on the top and bottom of the pizza just like the NY pizza ria's do it. Who ever design this Pizza oven new what they were doing, "Good Job" my Pizza's came out great.

If you're thinking about it, do it, you wont be sorry. Ok, so my fiance eats a lot of frozen pizzas. she likes to get the Thin crust ones, that have low fat cheese and blah blah blah. Usually we gotta pre-heat the oven (10 min) cook (13-14 min). by the time you're ready to eat it, its been nearly 30 minutes. With this pizza oven, takes 5 minutes to pre-heat, and 4 minutes to cook. 10 minutes and you're ready to eat. (we figured out 4 min cook time after we burned a few pizzas following the recommended cook times.) we found, if it looks done, it is done. But the shortened cook time is really only the beginning. I think this oven cooks the bottom and top of the pizza at different temps. The Crust came out so crispy and delicious while the cheese was perfectly melted and not burned. Its really difficult to put into words, but it looks like a pizza you have delivered vs. one you cook in your oven. Once you cook your first pizza in this, you will know exactly what i mean. No regrets with this one, if you eat pizza at home, totally worth it.
