[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that this product also has a double feature. It allows you to vacuum seal the remaining contents in its own cup. The food saver vacuum seal keeps Oxygen out of your food, and keeps the vitamins and nutrients in. It has a very simple and easy to use panel. It allows you to select Smoothie or food chop option, also has a built in timer showing you how long you've blended. It has three speeds low medium and high, As well as stop/play and pulse button. And only on the manual low setting will it allow you to add food or liquids. The locking mechanism makes the seal tight for vacuum sealing and will not turn on unless properly secured. This is a fabulous feature to eliminate messy accidents! Also very easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

Oster Blender with Vacuum Technology is so easy to use, very powerful and comes with great features like Digital Timer which allows you to see how long you are blending (which to me is an energy safer), another energy safer is that it is pre-programmed to turn off automatically if not used for a period of several minutes, gives you the options to use Manual Modes or Pre-Programmed Food Mode Settings, a choice to Blend only, Vacuum only or Vacuum and Blend for your convenience, has a 6-Point Blade Assembly to ensure everything gets blended/chopped, comes with a Vacuum Storage Cup for on the go or store for later among other great features to much to write you need to get one :).
