Directions for Preparation and Use: Do not add water. Shake very well. Do not use if breakaway ring is missing or broken. Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) nipples and rings before use. 1 Twist off cap. 2 Twist on clean nipple and ring. For use in a different feeding container (cup or bottle): Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) the empty bottles before adding formula. Pour desired amount into clean feeding container. Recap bottle, refrigerate, and use within 48 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
