High Germination Rate

I applied this seed to a few patches in the lawn last week. It germinated very quickly and there are already a couple of inch long grass blades. I applied over Scott's patchmaster, which failed miserably. I'm very happy with this Pennington product.. Just follow the directions and keep the product damp according to directions. This may require watering twice a day in hot weather.
