Works well as winter grass

I've used this brand of seed once before for winter overseeding. I have a Bermuda grass lawn that goes dormant over winter and this seed grew and greened up the lawn nicely. The winter is mild but with only a few hours of sun in my yard. This seed took off within 5 days (quick germination). I live in a cool climate that is often overcast and damp. I watered it once a day. It comes with fertilizer mixed in. The blades are thin and the grass is a nice light green.

Really Outstanding Grass Seed. Germinates in on or about a week and has an incredible deep green color. Planted in yard (Coastal NC - very sandy soil), applies a thin layer of topsoil and place where I seeded looks incredible. Area seeded was a good mixture of sun and shade. Couldn't be more pleased.
