Er doctor recommended for rehydration after virus. Work well and tasted good will definitely keep on hand for next time. I don't like the flavor of the usual sport rehydrating drinks and the doctor said they went really good for you water would be better if this not available. Got mine on shelf ready and waiting if needed.
