My favorite boot

This is my second pair of the First Med EMS duty boot. I wore out my first pair and was happy to see they were still available. They're more like an athletic shoe, lightweight, supportive, and with no break in period. I really like the reflective points; not really noticeable in the light but very visible at night. The only issue I ever had with my last pair were the lacing loops breaking ( the boot is totally non-metallic, so no eyelets). Might be improved with plastic eyelets instead of the webbing loops, but don't let that minor detail stop you. By the time the lacing loops began to break I had noticed the soles wearing smooth, so they were end of life anyway. Overall a great boot from Rocky!
