Bacon Boss Bacon Cooker is as advertised. The bacon cooks to a crisp strip and cleanup is easy. After cooking, bacon grease can be poured into a container without removing the lid, making grease disposal easy and safe. The only negative is that sometimes a strip breaks up while removing it from the cooking surface. Perhaps preparation with a cooking spray would prevent this. Overall, this purchase was a good decision. Try it. You'll like it
