Disappointing, GPS, Flashlight, LED don't work!!

I purchased this Keysmart Pro because it has a Tile GPS, a flashlight, a bottle opener, keychain, %26 7-14 key organizer all in one… it's a limited edition mossy oak camo color %26 was “brand new”… IT WAS LESS THAN HALF OFF ANDNI SHOULD'VE BEEN CAUTIOUS, BUT THE PRICE WAS TOO TEMPTING TO PASS UP. THE ITEM SHOWED UP THE BOX APPEARED RESEALED, THE ITEM WAS SHOWING FULLY CHARGED, AND IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL! NOT AT ALL! NO FLASHLIGHT, NO GPS, AND THE FULLY CHARGED LED INDICATOR ALWAYS COMES ON WHEN PLUGGED IN THEN GOES OFF IMMEDIATELY SO THE ITEM NEVER CHARGES, AND NEVER HOLDS ANY POWER FROM CHARGING NO MATTER HOW LING ITS PLUGGED IN!! ANYWAYS THIS IS BEYOND DISAPPOINTING , ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING IT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FROM MY WIFE.
