They look great, but the mounting is not accurate

I bought 4 of the large towel racks and 2 of the smaller ones. I was only able to install one of them straight and tight, the rest all had some sort of issue. I agree with a previous reviewer not to trust the marking system. I should have learned after I had to redo 2 of them, but I kept going. After installing all 4 of the large ones, I decided to buy the 2 smaller ones. I used the level provided and followed the directions; the top one I installed is super lopsided and the connecting bar moves back and forth. Honestly, I was super frustrated and just left it until my husband lets me know everyday it is crooked. Now I will have to remove it, unscrew it, move the current holes, make sure they are level and a little closer together. I think it would be more helpful if Moen included some instructions on how far apart the holes need to be for a proper mounting that way some individuals can just measure with a better level and have an easier installation experience.

Ok but bar is thin and set screws are too short

Contractor installed today and it's quite loose. The handle set screws don't seem to be long enough to keep it flush.

Awful Towel Bar

I have 2 of theses towel bars and the screw on both is way to short. I have Moen for everything in my house and this is the only bad product I have purchased.
