Cooking Direction: See perfect pasta guide for quantities and cook times. Perfect Pasta Guide: Servings: 2, Pasta: 1/3 box, Water: 2 quarts, Salt: 1 tsp. Servings: 3, Pasta: 1/2 box, Water: 4 quarts, Salt: 2 tsp. Servings: 6, Pasta: Full box, Water: 6 quarts, Salt: 1 tbsp. Al dente 7 min. Firm 8 min. Tender 9 min. Boil water (To ensure good taste and texture, be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after draining). To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt to taste (optional). Add pasta to boiling water. Return to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 7 - 9 minutes or until desired tenderness. Immediately drain in colander and rinse briefly with warm water (To ensure good taste and texture, be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after draining). Drain well and use as desired. Maintaining Perfect Pasta: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, and refrigerate.

That's all you need to know.. As anyone with a gluten problem knows, gluten free pastas are the minority, rather than the rule. Plus, Ronzoni tastes just like the pastas we grew up on. Why EVERY product under the sun has to have gluten or wheat in it is beyond me... But this does not. it's safe. HOWEVER, I'd like to state (for the record) that I vehemently resent the large price hike in all gluten free products, not just Ronzoni, they all do it. leaving OUT an ingredient should not cost the consumer more money.

Ronzoni's Gluten Free pasta is my absolute favorite. I place bulk orders online because I can't buy it in-store in a small town. I have Celiac Disease. This pasta has made a challenging, frustrating dietary situation so much easier. It doesn't taste "gluten free" - in fact, my non-celiac fiance prefers this over regular pasta.
