Instructions
Wash hands and surfaces with soap and warm water. Using the chart, pour the desired amount of water into a clean bottle. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water. Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
Safe Handling Instructions
Store closed and in a cool dry area. Store prepared formula in refirgerator and use within 24 hours.
