McCormick Minced Onions 2oz I've gone through plenty of brands of dried minced onions over the years, and McCormick's version is hands-down the most flavorful I've tried. A lot of other brands are bland and you end up dumping half the jar into your recipe just to taste something. Not this one, a little really does go a long way, which makes the small 2oz jar last much longer than you'd expect. The biggest win for me is skipping the whole "crying over a cutting board" routine. No peeling, no chopping, no onion tears…just scoop and go. It's genuinely convenient and surprisingly economical because you use so much less than with weaker brands. I reach for this every time a recipe calls for onion now, and several friends and family members have started buying it too after trying mine. If you cook with onion even semi-regularly, do yourself a favor and keep a jar of these McCormick minced onions in the pantry. You won't regret it! Highly recommend.

I loved this!!! It's so much easier to use when you don't have to chop onions and cry tears, and instead you can use the prepared minced onions to get the same flavor! It was really easy to use and it tasted as good as if it was a real onion. I would highly recommend these onions.
