If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty (i) applies only to single family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product, (ii) covers purchases solely from an authorized retailer or distributor, and (iii) is not transferable.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to and expressly excludes (a) re-sold merchandise; (b) consumable parts, such as batteries; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) damage caused by use with non-Kids2 products; (e) products where any serial number is not present, has been removed or defaced; (f) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product’s owner's manual, (g) a product or part that has been modified, and (h) claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions (assembly, installation, maintenance, and use), abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident and normal wear and tear.

My baby loves this. Each color button lights up and says the color in whatever language settings chosen (English, Spanish and french). Also plays songs and does lights shows. It's easy for baby to hold as a first toy and the older he gets the more he likes it. Not a toy that he has tossed to the side like others.
