Perfect shape for small spaces
We had an emergency bathroom renovation that gave us a bigger toilet, but reduced the area to fit our small trash can. I didn't want to scratch my new paint by shoving the old one back in there. This slim wastebasket was great. There is plenty of room on both sides, so no risk of nicking the wall. The extra thick base is also nice and it doesn't tip over if you happen to hit your hand on the top of the can. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Space saving and sturdy
While we could use this for a garbage can, we chose to just go with slim storage. We have a narrow space in the office area right under the fax / copier where we typically throw a lot of random computer cords. It's a small, narrow area but this fits perfectly. we have thrown all random electronics, chargers and cords here to keep them accessible but consolidated and out of the way. This is a really sturdy storage solution.
