i have a curve in spine and sciatica and neck issues. this helps so much i love it. its at home physical therapy but cheaper. this is a must have. at 1st it was ouch but you will build up how long you can walk on them so don't give up. my husband now uses them before bed he says it helps him sleep.

I purchased these slippers for my mother in law. Following instructions for proper use and the results are great. My mother in law wears the slippers twice per day for 10 minutes each time. That's all she needs. Her feet feel more relaxed and less stiff after each wear, which lasts. She spends a lot of time on her feet on some days, so these slippers do come in extra handy on those days. She recommends the slippers, for they do what they're supposed to.
