Only buy Bush brand, others not worth it
When it comes to chickpeas, garbanzo beans, or ceci beans (same bean, different names) are NOT all created equally. Brand makes a huge difference. Most seem to be small, hard, under cooked, %26 flavorless. Bush brand is the exception. Theirs are big, soft, %26 plumfy with a lot of flavor. I have tried so many brands, some cheaper, some more, some organic. Not worth it so I stay with Bush brand for not just Chickpeas but with all cooked canned beans. Side note, if you get gas from eating beans, rinse them off well before using and use Bean-o.

The only brand of garbanzo beans I will buy. They are hands down the best! Walmart is priced considerably cheaper than any other store. Always keep them on hand for salads and hummus.
