I've tried several different flavors of Built Bars and each one was delicious, but the mint chip has totally exceeded my already high expectations. They taste like a chewy version of the "Andes creme de menthe" bar, there's no weird aftertaste like most protein products have, and the texture/consistency is excellent- along the lines of a chocolate coated marshmallow. I will buy these again, and again... and again. Yum!

These are amazing! I think they are my favorite Built bar. It's unfortunate they do not make this bar available all the time. The bar was soft, chocolatey with a subtle hazelnut flavor. But…there were small chunks of hazelnuts in them that make them incredible! I truly love them.
