This product is good normal temperature as it depends on the weather and what type of exercise on is doing. Overall, it's especially crisp and refreshing when refrigerated. I personally believe it helps with hydration as well known but it also assists in the digestive process. When there is no liquid such as enough water, this and other drinks, not sodas mind you, does assist in the digestive process and liquids help move waste throughout the digestive process while your body utilizes the nutrients from them. Great for the morning work-out or for beginning work.

This body armor flavor is great. We give it to our kids at sports because it still tastes great at room temperature. It has good vitamins, but we don't have it all the time because we look for others that have less sugar. This is a special drink every once in a while.
