Wouldn't be without this!
I've used the Golden Flaxseed Meal for years in all my gluten free baking: breads, muffins, pizza, cakes, cookies, and waffles and pancakes. It helps the leavening to rise more and makes my products very light. When I first started using it, there was a very noticeable difference in my products, and I haven't been without it since. I highly recommend this product for use with alternative flours. (I've never used it with regular, gluten-containing flours.) It does not alter the taste.

Multi-use fiber source.
I love this product because it adds so much fiber to my meals and blends in so well with many products. I put it on my cereal and my yogurt, but it can easily and unobtrusively be added to many dishes. It is very finely ground and easy on the palate.

Wonderfully fresh flaxseed meal
This was finely ground enough for me to be able to mix it in my smoothie occasionally,,and its wonderful in a homemade "shake-it-up" seasoning/breading mix in a large bag (I used it for thick center cut pork chops, I found many recipes online). I plan to use it in snack breads and cookie bar crust soon...the health benefits are many, and I look forward to experimenting more with this product.
