I take her out 3-4 times a day but she still has the occasional accident when i am not home or taking a short nap....The steam function is ready QUICKLY and it has gotten many stains out of my light colored carpets. I have found that it is a good idea to wash the resovoirs after each use or the exhust will take on the smell of whatever it is you last cleaned up. other than that I LOVE this cleaner.
