I realize that any evidence I can provide is merely anecdotal, so it's ok to take what I say with a pinch of salt: CoQ10 is the most effective supplement I have ever taken. I became partially crippled a few years back and started to gain weight. It became increasingly difficult to take a deep breath sitting up or any breath lying down. My sleep apnea became so bad, I swear I could hold my breath (upon awakening) until I blacked out. My suspicion was the beginnings of congestive heart failure. I had a surgeon recommend CoQ10 to me years ago for heart health. So, I tried it again about a year ago. After 4 months, no shortness of breath and no noticeable apnea. This was without any change in diet or exercise. I have been taking it regularly since. I also recommend CoQ10 made by natural fermentation as Bestvite is. It is also made in the USA so no worries about melamine or whatever else.

I take a high dose statin for my cholesterol that depletes my CoQ10 levels drastically(which most doctors won't tell you) and I need to supplement with this for my heart health. This is the best deal I have found online for this amount at this price. Thank you Walmart!
