For the price, I think this is a great buy if you're looking for a fluffy accent rug that won't be in a high-traffic area. Slight variations in pile height or lower fiber density give it that “floofy” faux fur look seen in many modern décor photos. Some might find fault with the fiber density or lack of cushioning. I've owned smaller ivory faux fur rugs with memory foam backing, but no matter how gently you wash and air dry them, the foam twists, bunches, and eventually disintegrates into powder after ONE wash and air dry. I knew this was a thin rug, but I wish this style had a softer rubber backing like a washable runner I've purchased before. Color was also off from description, but i ended up likiing it more than a grayish dirty tint. With this type of rug, you're expected to be mindful of its placement and possibly use extra rug grippers if needed to prevent you or pets from slipping. it creates a space for mediation, a place to curl up w/ a pillow and book w/ the cat. . My only complaint is that I ordered two rugs in beige (which turned out to be a yellow-tinted ivory), but one of the two 5x9 rugs seemed repackaged—the vacuum seal was sloppy and missing the product card. When I measured it, it turned out to be a 5x7, and one side had a strange bump at the seam where it's sewn. I haven't contacted the company over the small price difference, but that's beside the point—it's about time , attention to details, convenience for both parties. peace happy customer at that price point!.
