The cotton candy was delicious and the machine produced exceptionally fast. My only issue was, and this may be operators error, was when cleaning it was almost like it shorted the fuse out. after it was cleaned it would not heat up to produce more cotton candy until the fuse was replaced. U sure if this was operator error or an issue with the actual machine

We love this machine.

We use this in our rental business. We purchased the mesh liner to help reduce the floss flyaway but it didn't really seem to do much. It was hard to find any help figuring out what temperature is best, for us right around 100 seems to work the best. We've tried making our own floss, but the premade versions always seem to perform better. Definitely wear gloves/apron/goggles %26 keep your hair back unless you wanna be covered in cotton candy. The smaller, cheaper table top versions seem to make better cones but not nearly as quickly %26 they usually don't have shields so the sugar flies everywhere making a mess. The dome keeps the sugar crystals from flying everywhere but the big open bowl %26 lid allow the floss to fly everywhere, even if you're quick to turn it, but that is a lot easier to deal with than the sugar crystals. It's easy to clean %26 doesn't take a genius to operate.
