I use this pen somewhat unconventionally. I have two very senior chickens with mobility issues, so I use this as a mini-coop inside the main coop to protect them from some of the more rambunctious chicken shenanigans. I've used similar products in the past and they always break down over time, which isn't too surprising given that they're subjected to rougher conditions that they're probably designed for. This one is surprisingly well-made and much sturdier than the ones I've used in the past. I strongly recommend it.

I was looking for an open top but this product not only has a door toucan take off on the top but two doors on the sides that can be rolled up! This is way beyond my needs. I can take it to the park or use it in my house when I want to open the door without my little dog devouring the visitor! And it folds up into a lite carry bag. The price is great too!
