True to Size - I am a Medium, 5'7'', 155, athletic build. Normally an 8/10. Skort breathes, shorts underneath are not skin tight. Skirt/front, side pocket, shorts/back with 2 back pockets. Pockets will not hold a phone securely, they are for a tennis ball or a light weight wallet. I wear a fanny pack, while at work, it sits well on waist band of skort.
