Great biker short for high intense workouts

I wear biker shorts when I ride my spin bike and thought I'd try something new. I normally buy lululemon but these looked cute. They have maximum compression which is great for high intense workouts and they don't ride up my legs. The price is very affordable and the material is thick and ribbed which compliment all body types. I love the length of these. I'm 5'9” 135lbs and wear a small and these are true to size I'm wearing a small.

Size up on theses compression shorts

I typically wear either a small or medium in shorts. I ordered a size large in these biker shorts as they are form fitting. I believe a medium would have been a little more snug than what I prefer to wear. I would suggest sizing up to provide the best comfort. They are manufactured of a compression ribbed material and a thick waistband. I would recommend as they are sold at a great price point.
