Provides a lot of support

I normally wear between size XL and 1X. In the past 1X sports bras have been too large to provide enough support. But I decided to try this in a 1X anyway. It fit snug and tight. So I would say it runs a little small however since I need a lot of support it was perfect to weee while working out. I liked the mesh around the bra to keep me cool during a workout. Great bra. Highly recommend.

Womens sports bra very supportive

I purchased this sports bra in a size 1X which is a 16-18. I currently wear a size 16. This bra definitely ran a little small but it fit me fine. It felt very supportive and the style of it was fine. I could easily work out in this or run. I think if I was more a size 18 that it would have felt too tight and I would have wanted to size up. Overall though it's a good sports bra.
