Excellent high support bra! I am a 46 yr old woman, size 36D and this bra keeps the girls in line! If you want support, test the bra from top to bottom to see how they stretch and not side to side. Limited stretch top to bottom will provide best overall support.

I like this sports bra for its comfortable fit and the fact that it doesn't have those foam inserts that move around, flop over, and fall out every time you wash the top. Everything is sewn in on this one. The material layers are thick enough to hold everything in place while still being breathable.

Typcially when I purchase sports bras (even XL) they are so uncomfortable and too tight (I'm a 42D). I happened to purchase one of these at the store and I loved it so much, i ordered more online (they also shipped quick).
