What I like about it? I was able to squeeze the honey into a glass jar. And what I disliked about it, you ask? Awesome! I will tell you what to dislike about Aunt Sue's perfectly pure raw honey. Leaving it in it's original package and then forgetting that you stored it in the wine cellar 50 years ago you will find no plastic jar left, if any. But you will find Aunt Sue's perfectly pure raw honey dripping down on your Chateau De la Romanee- Conti 1947. And that will make you madder than an adder, kicking yourself from here to Eternity for not storing the only food source that last forever in a glass jar.

To be very honest, I'm more of a honey conna-sewer than honey connoisseur ...born with a bad case of sweet tooth. And while this honey does a perfectly beautiful job of satisfying my sweet tooth, the thing that sends me over the moon about this honey is ...drum roll... the bottle. Yes, the bottle. I do a lot of baking and many of my recipes call for honey. This bottle has a spout with this little flexible gasket that is superior to anything else for taking total control of measuring out honey into measuring spoons. So my advice to you is, if you use honey for baking, this is the only honey to buy. Thank you Aunt Sue!
