I used these beets to make a chickpea and feta salad. Because they were already pickled it eliminated the need for a complicated dressing. I added a diced carrot and a diced red onion and the salad was complete. Enjoyed by all.

Beets are excellent. Ordered pack of 12 but kept getting just one glass jar. First time got credited, second time package broke at Fed Ex so never got it. Next time ordered got just one glass jar. Complained but to no avail. Aunt Nellies said they are at Target, Cosco and others in the area to buy there.
