I buy bars, because I like a mid day snack, or something to have with my morning coffee, or an after workout mini meal. Atlas bars taste good, and the ingredients are clean. Great for a ketogenic diet, even though it's not listed on the package. These bars have much better ingredients than most protein bars on the market. If ingredients matters to you, then this is the bar for you. If you are eating "protein" bars that have an ingredients list that looks like an encyclopedia, it's really just a chemical bar with some crap protein thrown in so they can call it a protein bar. Might as well just eat a Snicker's instead. If you want healthy bars, then grab an Atlas bar.

I like the chewy texture, and the taste is clean. Not too much sugar, which is a must since my husband is diabetic, but sweet enough to be a pleasure to eat. His blood sugar remains in safe ranges when he eats these. I like all of the flavors, but my favorite is almond with choc chips. Bottom line is that I ordered several boxes thinking I was well stocked, but we ran out quickly, which is a testimonial all on its own! And, no, we are not overweight. ;)
