Atkins products have been around for a very long time. I don't like all the flavours, but Creamy Cinnamon Swirl is pretty good. Atkins is a well known brand for High Protein diets and are known to be safe. Not all protein shakes have a taste that keeps you coming back for more, but Atkins are okay. I use them for having more protein and when I am not wanting a meal.

Bought this to put my dog's liquid medicine in and he loves it. Then I tried it and WOW, it is really tasty. I also freeze it and make ice cream in my Ninja Creami machine. Very good. Better price at Walmart than at Amazon or Sam's. Try it.
