These are my absolute favorite protein shakes. I keep them in the fridge at work and at home I normally have one for breakfast and sometimes if I want something after dinner if I'm not full, I'll have that before I go to bed dark chocolate is my absolute favorite I drink the milk chocolate but dark chocolate Royale is my favorite.

I've been drinking Adkins vanilla shakes since they came out many years ago.I drink 2 a day to make sure i get my potassium and magnesium. I had ordered a bunch of the vanilla awhile back and they didn't have as many as I needed so I changed the rest needed to the dark cko c olate.It taste good and has more magnesium than the vanilla so that was good for me

I bought this for a long time, because I liked all the vitamins in it plus the taste. Other drinks like Atkins loaded with vitamins never had as good of a taste. Then I saw the ingredient cyanocobalamin which I have been told has a little cyanide in it. I was not happy about that. It can accumulate overtime. Also a person's body has to be able to convert into a form your body can use. So I have decided not to buy Atkins drinks. This ingredient is also in some of the most popular sports drinks too.
