About $5 and it was worth it. I love the color and I love that the mixer ball is plastic and not in a cage style, so it's easy to clean and it doesn't rust like the metal ones do. I highly recommend this cup for anyone looking for a decent shaker for their protein shakes and meal replacement shakes. Mixed my Premier Protein powder just fine into 16 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I added pictures of before and after I shook my shake for about 30 seconds, and it mixed easily.

Great Mixing Shaker

Use 1 for my preworkout and 1 for my protein shakes. They work great! They have a "silicone" type ring seal not only in the screw on lid but also on the flip cap you drink from. I've never seen it on a cap and they NEVER leak! I was hesitant on the mixing ball but it works so much better than the spiral wire mixing balls and are so much easier to clean! I've used these for months, abused them, ran them through the dishwasher and they still work great! I AM SOLD!

i love it, great for shaking up my protein powder into my coffee./ almond milk. No leaks. i wish the gasket would stay in place, but it slips out into the dishwawsher and i need to replace it after washing, but that's not a deal breaker, no bpa and dishwasher safe, works fine! :)
