The Athletic Works Choke-up Rings help players of all skill and ages hold the bat correctly and increase their batting skills. Use these silicone choke-up rings to increase the distance from the base of the bat to your grip to improve technique. Easily apply the rings by stretching them over the end of the bat and sliding them to the base. Each ring is three inches in diameter, one inch in height and weigh only 0.14 lb (34 g each). The Athletic Works Choke-up Rings are made of durable rubber and resist most weathering conditions so you can play rain or shine!
