ArtToFrames 20" x 30" Cherry Picture Frame, 20x30 inch Red Wood Poster Frame (WOM-4333), 4 Pack

I had recently completed 3 stadium puzzles in my time spent at home during covid while nearly everything was closed. I wanted to frame the puzzles when I was done. They were all the same size, but I only ordered one initially to make sure the dimensions would be correct. I have ordered multiple frames from here and they are all very good and have always been the perfect size, but still wanted to be sure as it was an odd size. I understand with the times currently many places are working with reduced numbers and I saw after I placed the order this company is using some of their resources to make face shields, so that explains some of the delay. Just wish this could have been made more clear that delays can be expected when I placed the order. On the order confirmation page it says shipment expected in 7-14 days. After that time frame passed without receiving shipment notigication, I looked at the conformation email closer and saw an estimated ship date nearly a month after the order date. It did ship before this date. I understand the cause for the delay. Just would be nice to see a notice before/while I placed the order. If I had known about the delay in shipping I would have ordered all three and trusted my past experiences with this company would ensure the frame would work, which it did. I ordered the two additional frames the day I received and confirmed the first one. I don't often have the need to frame things, but the first time I did was for a large movie poster. I did some research and stumbled on this company. Website is easy to use, and the product is very good. There are definitely better products on the market, but I am not framing expensive works of art. Mainly posters. Excellant for that. Every time I unbox a frame I am thoroughly impressed by the care they take in packing the frames.

The frame is well made and came in pefect condition. The plexiglass was damaged during shipment so I contacted their customer service and they were kind enough to send me a replacement which I was super grateful for! They replied very quickly and was quick to solve the issue. I highly recommend Art to frame to anyone!
