VERY Nice Frame

This is the second frame I have ordered from Art to Frames. Frame arrived quickly & in excellent condition due to secure packaging. The wood color matched the frame color shown on line exactly. Ordered another frame yesterday for an antique poster which will be displayed in the meeting room of the fire house. VRTY Satisfied with Art to Frames service and products.

I have to return this. Not happy with my purchase

I am not satisfied at all with my purchase. Unfortunately the frame is completely different as it is showed in the pictures. Is extremely dark. I have to return it causing a lot of inconvenience since the size of the box, shipping cost, etc. Nobody picked up the phone. I had to write a message and I haven"™t received any reply.
