I really love this combination of a picture frame/poster frame! It's both light weight and sturdy at the same time… while making it easy to assemble. Now, if one is NOT familiar with how to attach the wire hanging apparatus on the back of frames? You might be in for a bit of trouble, as this does NOT come with any instructions as to do so. It comes with the hinged clips for each side, the screws to attach them to the wooden frame, the nail and the metal angled bracket to hold the wire once you want to mount on the wall, and of course, a really decent amount of braided picture frame wire. It doesn't take very long at all to do this with a tape measure, wire cutters, a Phillips screwdriver and a hammer. (I would do this on a padded surface so you wouldn't scratch the paint of the frame) The “glass” of this frame is plexiglass like in poster frames , and is covered on both sides with a removable plastic sheet. Don't pull this off until you're ready to place your work of art into this frame. It might look scratched and damaged but it's not, or it shouldn't be at any rate. Be careful with the tabs pushing and pulling as they CAN and will break on any product of this type. I had no issues with this one, but I take NO chances with ANY item using these tabs just in case- I will use a butter knife even to open or close them to make sure that I don't bend them wrong.
