Cooking White Rice
The first time used, we cooked 30 cups of rice and all went well. We were careful to use the cups sent with our order. I always wash rice until water is mostly clear. Then I add the appropriate amount of water to the suggested water mark (in this case 60). The rice cooked in about 30 minutes, then it should steam a while longer before its completely ready.
